Haven Base - Black Company HQ (Mu-Arishi)

Mr. Shine turns his gaze back towards the twins as he listens to their response. Not the biggest fan of it, he merely sighs and looks back towards the nenyken. As the nenyken brings up the base price, he thinks to himself, although only for a split second. He then stands up, raising his hand as he calls out, "6 million," as loudly as he can before he sits back down. He then turns his gaze towards the other people sitting down, wondering which of them will try and compete with him.

"6 million! Good heavens good sir, thank you kindly!" Milartius shouted excitedly. "Now we have an auction! Can I hear 7 Million?"

"6 and a half!" one of the holographic patrons shouted out over his speaker system.

"Oh come now sir... you wound me!" the Nenyken said with a twing of disappointment.

"7 million!" a third shouted, bringing up the Nenyken's mood.

Luex says, "I have never ever left those who help me to take the fall. You're force will be there, and if need be, will become a part of the mission and get extracted in the end. Hopefully it doesn't come to that though. and one moment. Let me get you your funds."
With that, he walks into and takes a seat into the audience quietly before raising his hand and says loudly, "14 Million."

Maydra straightens ever so slightly. He calmly draws out a notepad and pen and begins to sketch Luex down. Lyssindra, on the other hand, has her small, almost imperceptible, smile back as she gives Luex the tiniest of glances. If anything, it appears that this is what they've truly been waiting for. Could they have known? Perhaps. But it is far more likely that they guessed he would be here, and have guessed correctly. Why they would have any interest is to anyone's guess. It is clear, however, that they have more interest in this person than anyone in the room, more than the proceedings around them. Could this single sighting be their true purpose for attending and, if so, why?

The Lord Captain sputtered a bit as he was left to his own devices, his eyes buldgeing behind the mask at the number, the room going silent for a moment. The nenyken grinning wide as he looked over at the Phonix.

"Well... Thank you, do I hear any takers for 15 million Marks?" he said to the crowd, the creature almost jeering the crowd on.

Mr. Shine turns his gaze towards Luex.  Although, to those without a constant stream of information coming in, he might as well be just another representative for a minor refinery in Imperial Airborne, Luex can tell, if he chose to, from the symbols on his briefcase who he truly served.  Which is to say, her and her organization.  Although she’s probably one of the more secretive people around, she still enjoys sending random people out at times, either to test the water, or to accomplish something, and right now, it’s not entirely for certain if it’s the former… or the latter.

He then shifts his gaze towards the Nenyken, raising the suggested price to 15 million.  He thinks for a moment, and decides that he should up the ante even further.  He closes his briefcase, in which it makes somewhat of a loud ‘clack’, and he stands up, placing his hand on the briefcase.  He glances over at the twins, the rest of the people, and Luex, before he breathes deeply for a second.

He looks towards the Nenyken, and he says, “18 million.”

Milartius hid a playful grin as he "looked" at the two men with what many thought to be his eyes. He had a feeling he'd enjoy himself with these two.

"18 million? Well now that is impressive good sir, impressive indeed. Do I hear more coming from our other good sir here?" he asked with a pleasant smirk.

Luex raised his hand at that and said, "18.5 Million"

"18.5, not bad not bad..." the Nenyken said with a sagely nod. "Can I hear an even 19 folks?"
