Cpt. Moors: Get repaired and resupplied while the quarians are out.

Cpt. Moors: Felix, you will report to the Council and inform them of what happens when the quarians return. Do not tell them about the quarian in stasis.

Felix: ... Aye, sir.

Cpt. Moors: Vox, how bad is the damage?

Vox: Salaris armor has slight dents and a few outer hull breaches. Nothing requiring major repairs.

Cpt. Moors: Good, let's get moving people.

(My guess is they have to buy food and take it to a sterile environment or something)

Fand : Ahhhh...Much much better than nutrient paste.

Rika : Let's stay around a bit. *finishing up her food* See what this place has to offer.

Fand : Alright then...

Lia'Vael : Why yes I am...but for now I can only fantasize...no one here will hire a quarian...

Rika : Why don't you come with us?

Fand : We can always use another hand on deck, and I'm sure the Alliance will be happy to pay you for your work...maybe even enough for a ship.

Rika : Speaking of the Flotilla...

Fand : Do you know what happened to it?

Lia'Vael : That's impossible, I just got instructions on the next meeting point if we finish our Pilgrimage in time. (I'm assuming that the Flotilla sends out a message to all the quarians on their pilgrimages on their next jump point )

Fand : Then how come Rika did not get one?

Rika : Yes, I just finished!

Lia'Vael : I have no idea.

Rika : Quick, let's see the coordinates.

Lia'Vael : *taps her omni-tool* (The Shrike Abyssal cluster, Xe Cha system)

???: Ahem, can I upload those coordinates to our ship? [I assume you say yes after some argueing]

[Comms room of Atlantis]

Felix: I am sorry, the quarians don't seem to know anything about the missing fleet.

Asari Counselor (Of citadel council): This is dissapointing, Lieutenant. Do you have anything else to present?

*Omni tool gets a message*

Felix: Hold on... We have the coordinates, or what were suppose to be the coordinates of the migrant fleet's next jump.

Turian Counselor: Go there and investigate. You need to get something out of this.

Felix: Thank you for your time. *Logs out*

Cpt. Moors: Sage, once the ship is repaired we go for the Shrike Abyssal cluster, Xe Cha system.

Rika : *hits the airlock cycle button, motioning to Lia'Vael and the turian*

Lia'Vael : Is he...?

Rika : Yes...

Lia'Vael : I'm sorry.

Rika : It's ok

Lia'Vael : *shifts uncomfortably*

Rika :

Rika : *sniff* I should probably stop crying, more bacteria will be attracted. *sniff*

Lia'Vael : *awkward hug* (seeing as she just met her)

*Whilst the airlock is opening, a random asari appears behind the group out of nowhere*

???: .... *Knife aimed at asari*

*Asari's face appears to start imploding*

???: ...?

*The skin folds back to reveal mechanical parts, and the rest of the body quickly transforms*
*The appearance is an oddly humanoid geth, carrying a small gun infused into the arm.* GETH AGENT

???: *Swiftly throws the knife, hitting it in the neck. Geth is still standing*

???: !? (Note, normal geth have a weak spot in the neck. An exposed nerve wire thingie can be seen.)

???: *Lunges at the geth, getting grazed in the shoulder by a bullet, and rams it to the ground*

???: *Gets up with the knife back in his hand, flips something on the knife, and it turns red*

???: *Cuts geth's weapon arm off like butter, and decapitates the strangely humanoid head (Looks somewhat like the H**** R***** in the game but with flashlight eyes)* (Spoilers are censored)

???: *Walks toward the opening airlock*

???: *Grunts and waits for the airlock to open* Never seen that before...

Crewman: Damn, I just saw that whole fight! Better get him in here quick, Captain, I think he got hit.

Cpt. Moors: Hurry it up, Vox.

*Airlock finishes opening*

*Rika and Lia'Vael stare in shock at the geth, trying to comprehend what happened*

*They look down and see their guns already in their hands ( Combat reflexes ability acquired +50% reaction time, -10% time dilation[time races and crawls])*

Lia'Vael : Did that asari just...

Rika : It's a geth. *fires a round in its head* That's for Fand! *another round* and for all the quarians you killed! *and another* And for my family! *last shot* and for Tuf!

Lia'Vael : I think it's dead.

Rika : *shudders a bit* I know. *glances at ???* Nice throw.

Lia'Vael : Sorry we couldn't help out, not really time to react. (:p)

*they enter the ship*

*Felix and some medics are waiting for the group*

*Vitus snickers and then walks away*

Felix: I would rather not space him, but we can't keep him in cryo forever.

Felix: Is there any other possible way? The council doesn't want to spend so many resources on a single quarian, and at that, one that knows as much as you....

Rika : I guess that's it then. It's obvious the council does not care. Nor does the Alliance. C'mon Lia.

Lia'Vael : Um....ok.

*the two exit the airlock*

Rika : I've got a contact and some credits stored up, we can get a ship to the Fleet.

Lia'Vael : Alright.

Rika : And you can present the ship as your Pilgrimage gift.

Lia'Vael : Really?

So anyways

*a sight of total annihilation meets the squadron's eyes*

A geth fleet is engaging the flotilla in some of the bloodiest maneuvers involving kamikaze plunges when mortally wounded or otherwise attempting to annihilate the quarians. The FandNoryaTuf especially stands out, leaving a swath of destruction where it passes through, though still it cannot turn the tide of the battle in either favor. The Fleet sustains several casualties to match with the Geth's, yet most of the passenger/civilian freighters are still alive and attempting to flee or otherwise screening/fighting with obviously improvised weapons.

(I will just give you the layout now. Atlantis has 5 decks, deck 1 is the comm room, deck 2 is the main deck, deck 3 is the crew's quarters, deck 4 is engineering/AI core, deck 5 is cargo. Has 2 elevators, on opposite sides of the ship. Emergency crawling vent things incase elevator failure.

Entire Crew:

Cpt. Moors: FIRE FIRE FIRE FIRE!

*The Atlantis unleashes a hail of missiles upon the geth ships*

Vox: WARNING! Hull breach on deck 4.

Vox: Sealing... Sir there are geth onboard. That was a boarding ship.

Cpt. Moors: Felix, grab what able crew you can and eliminate the threat.

Felix: *Nods and grabs an assault rifle from an armory with some other crew*

(zzzzzzzzzzzz elevator zzzzzzzzzzzzz)

Geth Trooper: grrrssszxhhhzx (Stuttering noise)

*Door opens on elevator*

*The geth open up fire on the elevator, killing 2 crewmen on the spot.*

*4 crew, including Felix, are remaining in the elevator*

*Felix comes out of cover and runs into the room behind more cover and takes down 2 geth with some well aimed shots*

*Other elevator arrives on the floor*

*As soon as the door opens, 5 geth waiting in front of it and the ones by the other elevator are blasted away with a biotic shockwave*

*An asari emerges from the wreckage*

Felix: Nice job, Ciarra..

Ciarra: Was I too late?

Crewman: Awesome.

Crewwoman: You saved some lives there.

Ciarra: Really it was nothing.

Felix: We lost 2 crewman at the start, but we got ambushed. Williams and Grant were shot.

Ciarra: Should've gotten their sooner....

Felix: No it isn't your fault.

*Ship rocks with a blast from the outside*

*More geth come from far into engineering*

*The crew fire on them, with little effect*

(Intercom)Sage: Guys we need you back up here, there's hoppers! (You remember hoppers from original yes?)

Felix: Damn it... Ciarra stay here and help them.

Felix: You two with me, on the elevator

(zzzzzzz elevator zzzzzzzz)

*Door opens*

*A body is on the floor in front of the elevator, and the main deck seems to be void of life*

Felix: Where'd they all go?

*A hopper pounces on the ceiling near them*

Felix: GAH! *Shoots it off the ceiling*

Felix: Go find Sage and protect him. I'll get the captain.

(lol stalkers/hoppers, havent taken those down in a while)

Lia : Another ship detected warping in. It's Alliance!

Dyna : About damn time.

Rika : Probably just the Atlantis. Though I wonder what happened to her escort.

Dyna : Probably left it behind it in its wake.

Lia : Nice hit Dyna, that's another interceptor. I count...fourteen?

Dyna : No it was fifteen!

Lia : No, you only damaged that one other one, the Neema's GARDIAN lasers got her.

Dyna : Bah!

Lia : Haha just kidding with ya!

*the ship shudders with laser fire as the shields absorb the fire of a geth fighter squadron*

Rika : Quit fooling around!

*swings the freighter/gunship into a spiraling dive while dropping a cluster of unknown items, cultivating in a sudden deceleration around the remains of the geth fighter squadron*

Dyna : What was that?
Lia : What was that?!

Rika : A little something I made in my freetime.

Lia : Stop deflecting.

Dyna : What the lady said.

Rika : I'm not a lady?

Dyna : You know what I mean. Now stop deflecting!

Rika : Ok, ok, it was a simply flechette barrage, combined with my whirlwind loop you just went through, it shreds mostly anything apart.

Lia : But how did it not hurt us?

Rika : Simple. The flechettes are not unlike our combat drones, except on a micro scale, and when I have the squadron bowled up like that, they form a maelstrom, ripping apart everything. But I still had them programmed with IFF tag recognizers and hardwired that this ship could not be attacked by them.

Dyna : Enough talk! My head hurts! *fires off a burst of baradium torpedoes at the nearest geth corvette*

Rika : *snickers* Only because your brain is too small to understand it.

Dyna : I heard that!

Rika :

*The 2 Crewmen get to the cockpit, to find a sealed blast door.* (Nice Emergency defense)

Crewman 1 (Private Jones): Open up Sage!

Sage: You made it?

Crewman 2 (Private White): Yes, Felix went to get the Captain. Is he in there with you?

Sage: You think he would talk if he were in here with me.

*Blast doors open*

Sage: Get in, quick.

*They go in and doors close*

Sage: Make sure the vents are secure. That is how the hoppers got up here in the first place.

*The check them and they are all secure*

*Jones and White both nod after they are secure*

Vox: *Appears in hologram* (Picture will be provided later in chars) I have repelled the geth hacking. Security cameras are back online, but only 40% are operational.

*Cameras come up on Sage's console*

Jones: There's Fenix!

*Fenix is walking down a hall, and kills 1 hopper that jumps out of a vent*

Vox: There is no sign of the captain anywhere. I cannot find him or the rest of the crew.

Sage: Damn it....

...

*Fenix walks around a corner to find a dead crewwoman*

Fenix: *Looks around for killer*

*Walks on*

Vox: *Comes up on nearby hologram* Mr. Felix, please patch into radio frequency 26.2.

*Adjusts his radio*

Vox: Now continue your search, please.

Fenix: Any idea where he is?

Vox: He is not anywhere that my systems are monitoring.

*Fenix finds the airlock* (Note, airlock is in back of ship, unlike Normandy. It is where the armory and tech lab were on the Normandy.)

*Door opens*

*The Captain comes out, badly injured, but standing*

Cpt. Moors: *Grunt* Lieutenant, the hoppers spaced them all. Only I and Private Taylor (dead crewwoman) were not spaced. I managed to close the airlock before we got spaced. The hoppers spaced some of there own in the process, and the whole deck was open to space before I closed it.

Cpt. Moors: I think you got the last one.

*Walks out into main deck*

Cpt. Moors: Vox, I am giving you complete control of the ship now. Code AL-7133.

*Walks back with Fenix to the cockpit*

Fenix: Sage! The hoppers are dead. So is the crew.

Sage: Is the captain with you?

Fenix: See for yourself.

*Opens the doors*

Sage: Tough against hoppers. Speedy bastards, they're like trying to shoot a grasshopper, y'know? Nice job, Captain.

Cpt. Moors: They're smarter than they look.

Cpt. Moors: The entire crew is dead except for anyone who wasn't on the main deck.

Fenix: All the specialists and engineering crew were on lower decks clearing out geth.

Cpt. Moors: Sage, keep aiding the quarians. We need that fleet alive.

Cpt. Moors: Vox, try to raise them over comms.

Vox: Yes, Sir.

Vox: *Sends out signal to quarians* This is Alliance ship SSV Atlantis, we are here to help. Reinforcements are coming to our position.

Lia : This is the de facto comms officer of the FNT at your service.

Dyna : Shut up and tell them that their assistance better get here fast! We're running low on energy and torpedoes. *blasts another frigate into nothingness* Make that empty on torpedoes.

Rika : *sigh* I knew that you would waste so many of them. This is why I don't like when you manually control the defenses.

Dyna : What? Are you implying that my shooting is not straight?

Rika : Yeah. I am. Ever since I pulled you out of that trouble on Illium. I swear that asari did something to you.

Dyna : *snuff* Bah.

Lia : I'm...going to interrupt here...but we've got incoming.

Rika : *does a barrel roll straight into a fighter*

*the ship rumbles but the shields and barriers hold*

Dyna : Who can't see now?

Rika : *snarls* Do you want to crash?

Lia : We could always space him.

Dyna : *glares balefully at Lia* No one asked your opinion!

Rika : Shut up and keep shooting!

Dyna : With what?!

Rika : I stocked a back-up brace of torpedoes in the bay, knowing that you would miss so many.

Dyna : Hardy har har. I'll go get them.

Dyna : *grumbles* I just had to open my big mouth.

Rika : Yep.
Lia : Yep.

Dyna : This is Urdnot Dynathor of the FandNoryaTuf, we're coming around the flank of the fleet, be advised we have starfighters on our tail, repeat we have fighters on our tail.

Rika : :p

*the ship shudders under a hail of mass accelerator bolts and begins to screech as individual bolts begin to shear through the shields and barriers and deflect off the armor*

Rika : That's not good.

Dyna : No. It's not.

Lia : Um....

Rika : Roll out!

*Lia executes a hastily sloppy maneuver that briefly exposes their generators for a second*

*a terrible screech, louder and somehow more unsettling than the others and accompanied by a dull bang, resounds through the hull*

Rika : That does not sound good at all.

Lia : Uh....sorry?

Rika : *shoves her aside gently*

Lia : *scrambles out of the pilot's seat and jumps into the comms seat, while Dyna gleefully enters the weapons compartment again*

Rika : Oh no no, this is not good. No no, not at all. Oh keelah what'll we do.

Dyna : I really don't like the sound of that.

Rika : You shouldn't. We just lost one of the three generators on our hull.

Dyna : *utters a low krogan curse*

Lia : I don't understand.

Rika : We're stuck on 67% power. As in we're screwed.

Lia : But 67% is better than 50% right?

Rika : Yeah maybe for a civilian not in a battle, but so far only 112% of the power generated has kept us alive and kicking in this ship. We're pretty much operating under half the power we had.

Lia : I see.

Dyna : *utters a muffled curse from the turret compartment*

Cpt. Moors(Comms): Iron Hand (Comm channel), this is Captain Moors of SSV Atlantis.

IH: Iron Hand.

Cpt. Moors: When are the escorts arriving?

IH: ETA is at about 15 minutes.

Cpt. Moors: *Mumbles something to himself*

Cpt. Moors: Atlantis out.

Vox: The quarian ship mentioned as the FNT is approaching with geth fighters.

Cpt. Moors: Sage...?

Sage: Firing GARDIANs...

Pvt. White: They look pretty badly damaged, sir.

Vox: Scans of quarian ship complete. They appear to have lost a generator, and are now at 67% power. That is a civilian ship. It will not survive with 67% power.

Cpt. Moors: Damn it... Pick them up if they manage to escape.

Vox: More geth incoming...
