Personality: hes a gentleman whos had alot happen in his life. hes grown slightly cold lately.

Appearance: Tall, muscly build, graying jet black hair and jade eyes. Usually wears civilian clothing.

History: After a long history, and alot of pain hes become the biggest sucess story in current times, opening three comapies, each at the top of it's own field. At age 37, marcus's wife passed away giving birth to their only daughter, who was named for her mother, Annabelle Cynlore. After his loss, Marcus became a stay at home father for anna's sake, leaving his coporations in the hands of his advisor at the time. After anna was old enough to take care of herself, around age 14, he went back to work, and began the long process of pulling his companies from the gutter the advisor had drove them into. in recent times hes become increasingly saddened, and cold, the cause isnt really known.

History: Anna never knew her mother, so has become a Mini-me of marcus, sticking by her father's side, researching his works, grooming herself to become the owner of his companies some day. She hasnt had many friends, and no relationships with others. some would call her a workaholic, but marcus sees his daughter's attitude as a good thing, encouraging her chosen path.

History: Not much is known, all that is known is that Marcus secretly sees her as hissecond daughter, he origins are unknown, as is the cause of her massive power.

History: One of Marcus's aspiring wannabe's Gordon is a genius when it comes to biological science. he is the head of L.O.R.E. currently, and has kept the facilitys busy with his discovery of the H-type parasitic virus, and soon after the parasite itself.

M: terra, be careful down there. who knows what was unleashed when the lore facility was overrun by the unknowns.

-screen flicks off-

History: It appeared from inside a crashed meteor in the middle of Germany, and slaughtered an entire village, leaving shriveled husks of the villagers behind, along with a steady stream of mangled animal husks. Its current location is unknown

Personality: a mastermind controlling a large swarm of the locust.

Appearance: Unknown

History: “His” presence was apparent when he spoke to the mind of a powerful man, telling him of things to come. The man was driven insane by the lesser mind’s speech and killed himself, after screaming out “THEY ARE COMING!! The locust’s time is at hand!”

Common Vehicles (?): Whatever they can purchase/barter for. They don’t use any heavy armor.

History: The Scythes have been around since the bombs fell, living in the tunnels under Europe. They started as thieves and slowly grew to be one of the best outfits in the underground. They are almost cult-like with their rituals and rights. Only those born of blood can be scythes. Their leader, Nomad “Reaper” Johnson was one of the few exceptions to this rule. While they are mainly contract assassins if the pay is good enough and it involves killing chances are they will take the job. While they have a tense relationship, the scythes have many mutant conscripts in their ranks, both humanoid and monstrous creatures. While not real scythes they are not disowned or looked down on by other members.

General Personality/Traits: The human portion of the Scythes, in most case tends to be males 20 to 40, mostly with a strong build. While women are present in the ranks they have tendency to be snipers or support, not to say there hasn’t been any exceptions. All scythes have an obsession with skulls, not so much wearing the real thing than the symbol itself.

Scythe rituals, performed in their “mansion” are highly secretive but outsiders more publicly know a few

Initiation: when a Scythe woman gives birth to a child, a person of the rank Spirit or up gives them the blessing of the scythes, a small tattoo on left shoulder (on females it’s put on the waistline, on the left hip) with this the child is made an official Scythe. The few people who join the ranks without blood relation require a large version on their back. The icon itself is a white skull with one red eye.

Right of Passage: at age 10 all Scythe children are required to venture to the surface with one of high rank (assassin or up) and hunt a Venomthrope, the creature the Ceremonial knives gain their venomous ability from. If the initiate in question is an outsider the one of reaper rank must escort it.

Honor duels: though rare as of current times any scythe can challenge another to trade ranks. The only weapons allowed are Scythe knives. Johnson came to power this way, demoting the former Reaper to Spook status.

Drinking games: though not a scythe-exclusive drinking is common among the mercenaries. As such they play drinking games often.

Notes on the “Mansion”

-Supports upwards of a thousand people
-Has a full sized marketplace, including two separate pubs/bars
-The training academy has combat simulators that allow 10 years of experience in one.
-Is fully supported and guarded by veteran scythes.
-There is no such thing as poverty, long as you complete your jobs, bartering is only required by outsiders visiting them (very rarely)

Appearance: strong, muscular figure, many scars across body. Face has the skull insignia tattooed onto the skin in lieu of a mask. Gray eyes, bald

Weapon: MP-40 SMG

Secondary: Reaper’s Scythe

Armor/clothing: heavier armored version of the LER armor, no coat.

Personality: Strong leader with little pity for the enemies of the Scythes.

History: Nomad was born in Russia and traveled in his early 20’s. When he was dying of hunger and radiation poisoning the kind Former Reaper “Duvall” took him in. seeing the power the mercenary faction had, and how Duvall didn’t use them to their potential. When he learned of challenging someone to a fight for his or her title- he defeated the older leader in combat and took his place. With the Scythes in his hands he forged them into elite assassins and killers. The people hail him as both a hero and a traitor. Later in his career he befriended a ambassador of a mutant clan stationed in a abandoned station. He soon added them to his ranks.

Age: unknown (appears young, mid 20’s possibly)

Appearance: pale skin with a thin, somewhat bony figure. Bone white long straight hair that reaches the ground. Red somewhat feral eyes and somewhat pointed teeth.

Weapon: hands, mutant scream

Secondary: dual reaper’s Scythes

Armor/clothing: simple panties and a bra usually, she rarely wears more than a light robe otherwise. (and that’s only when Nomad makes her wear anything…)

Personality: to anyone without an open mind she seems to be a feral creature that craves flesh and blood. But if you hang around her long enough shell open up somewhat. She’s quite affectionate when u get to know her.

History: Nomad met Banshee 5 years after becoming the Reaper of the scythes. She was wounded, laid dying in the tunnels. Upon healing her she escorted him to her home, and offered him a great relic her species held. With the acceptance of the gift the mutants officially joined the scythe’s ranks. She stays by Nomad’s side as a bodyguard and a very loving pet. Though she was the one who brought up the alliance she has no command over other mutants

Weapon: M-16 w/ extended clips

Secondary: 92 Beretta handgun w/ flashlight

Personality: strong, but arrogant. Over confidant

History: Ricardo has always had a unhealthy love of exploring dangerous places, even more so since he got thrown into the end times in the underground. A scientist for hire he scouts out places to re-inhabit and his searches have lead to several outposts and communities moving into priory “dangerous” places His most recent (and final) mission was to Foggy Bottom Station. He met his end there.

Appearance: heavily mutated humanoid, thick pale while skin, many boils across body. Multiple writhing tentacles sprout from skin in different places. Teeth are large and sharp, red, feral eyes- one is so covered in boils it’s unseen. The creature is heavily muscled and has large clawed hands. Left hand has a blade of bone replacing middle and ring finger on the hand. Remains of hair on scalp indicate brown color.

Clothing/armor: Tattered camo fatigues, worn shoulder bag half-absorbed into flesh.

Weapon: claws and teeth

Secondary: Tentacles- mostly on right arm.

Personality: Feral, inhuman- beast like

History: this creature is what became of the explorer of Foggy Bottom Station. Once known as Ricardo it now has no mind and simply attacks whatever is at hand.
