Just to get you started, there's a bar below the basic buttons, but above the Info area in the Profile section. From there, you can either upload your own or take a look at the gallery. The gallery's full of some neat stuff, so I reccomend taking a look at it all.
On the top of the gallery page, you can switch between different icons. There's hundreds to choose from, and it can save you some trouble of finding (And uploading) one yourself!
