Academy of Spellcraft (Jirmushi)

Professor Ingram steps up to his group of students, about to speak when a phone call interrupts him. He pulls the phone out from the pocket. "Yes, Fredrich, what is it? ...How's the site?"

The professor's eyes widen at hearing something the students could only imagine.

"...What? That's not possible. ...Very well. We'll be there shortly."

The professor hands up before turning to the students. "Please, assemble all of the tools you may require. Time is of the essence, and every hand available is being called up."

Callath always carries a basic kit of tools and essentials, it comes from the time he lived with his brother. But he's still a bit puzzled by generality of the statement.

"Any particular gear we should bring, professor?"

Marie kinda shuffles. "And do we have time to change? I really don't want to go out in my night clothes."

Elis briefly ponders over the professor's conversation with the ones on the phone and the ramifications of it. As to the matters of preparation, she was a lucky one. Her uniform was still on her and she could easily grab her necessities within her room. She also made a note to carry an additional fur cloak as well, what with the climate in Jirmunishi being what it is; still slightly unused to the cold. How the locals managed to live and thrive here, she has no idea.

"I think we could afford few minutes or so, professor. This was a sudden summon, after all and I doubt we could navigate as fast through the field with her current clothes."

Melissa adds in, "Yeah..I need to grab my winter gear too professor!"

"Of course!" The Professor remarks. "You students can't study if you die of frostbite, now can you? Come, we have a little time to go and prepare. But take only what you need. If we need anything, the forward teams can help supply us."

"Yes, professor. Meet back here afterwards?" He asks, about to head off to his room.

"Ah, yes," the Professor remarks. "We convene in thirty minutes. If you're not here by then, you'll have to join the second group."

Callath nods and then sets off at a brisk pace and will be back in about fifteen minutes. (said as such in the event a character wants to interact with him. If not, he'll just be back in plenty of time.)

Marie heads off to get dressed and grab some supplies before coming back in about 17 minutes.

Melissa Comes back 20 minutes later with a a large wooly winter coat with a hood and a backpack filled with clothing and a cute little teddy bear sorta sticking out.

Elis nodded and went off as well, seeking out her cloak, staff and pouch filled with all sorts of spell and alchemical components. It's gonna be a loooong night outside, she can already tell. Hopefully, she would be able to withstand the cold.

After thirty minutes pass, the Professor nods his head. "Well, then, I see we're all here. Off we go." Without warning, a spell circle illuminates from beneath them--through the stone. Underneath must be a spell circle, laid there for hundreds of years.

And in a blinding flash of light, the Academy disappears.
