The HE is currently in two halves. This is the basic summery.
Simon Elwin (Helix Empire Union)
Simon wishes to reunite the HE under one banner again, with minimal casualties.
Benefits: -Stronger men -Better moral -Advanced weaponary
Banned: -Bio-Weaponary (Mutants, bio-chemical warfare) -Illigal trade -Use of "Dragoons".
Dragoon G-Type
Dragoon H-Type
Dragoons are the most prized possessions on a BOW Market. They're extremily costly just to make one, but the powers they control are devistating. Not exactly a creature, nhor something made from plasma, they can shread through Level 10 blast doors like it was paper.
And in the other corner...
John Akusu (Helix Empire Fracture)
John will stop at nothing to gain control of the HE, even the massacure of billions.
Benefits: -More men -More resources -BOW Reinforcements
Banned: -Destructive Superweapons -Free Thinkers
Take your pick on who to support.

I don't care if you're a char or a faction in the future story, but just pick a vote.

Kakusi III- Front-Line Combat
(The player in the video is Farok on the front lines)
Centeral Command: Major Farok, you you read me? Major Farok! Damn, we've lost the Eastern front! Call all units back to the mid clusters!! On the double!!
Akolus Minor- Western Front HQ
Green = HEF Specialist Infiltration Units Blue = HEU Standard Units Blue-Team Commander Guy that Pwns = Operative BlackShot (Royquin)
Royquin: Oh shi- (Explosion, then static) CC: Operative BlackShot! Shit!! We lost the Western front too! Simon: Central, withdraw all remaining units to the Rear Cluster. It's time to face our last stand. CC: But...agh... Simon: Trust me on this one, Palin. I still have an ace up my sleeve...

Since everyone's ignoring my info again...I'll just proceed with plans, wheter you like it or not.
CC: The "Ace" you had up your sleeve changed the tide. Nice one for trapping em, Simon! Simon: Come on, you know better than underestimating me.
Aaron: V3 and base neutralized, sir. Simon: Right on time...now it's time we struck.
Alexandra: Objective complete. We're returning to base. Simon: Good job. We've got our footholds. The tide now turns, what will you do now, John?
Royquin: Hmph, easy prey. Simon: Father? Where did you come from? Royquin: Fresh from a HEF MA facility. Let's kick some ass, shall we? Simon: When did I ever disagree with that? Royquin: You're just like me when I was young. Haha...

Top HEF Fortresses-
HEF Fortress "Hornpoint"
Located near the HEF Core World of Albastus, it is the 'Jewel of the Crown' for the HEF. If this falls, Albastus will be rendered defenceless.
HEF Fortress "Trident"
An underwater base, it's easy to defend and hard to attack.
HEF Fortress "Kalpys"
John really is an idiot when it comes to design and names...all THIS base has is a shitload of storage pace and one hell of a lot of weapons. Nothing less, nothing more.
Top HEU Fortresses-
HEU Fortress "Utopia"
The very base on the HEU Core World Uruga, it is actually a giant string of underground tunnels streaching across the entire planet, with smaller fortresses here and there was entry/exit points. This means men from the Main Barracks on Uruga City can travel and defend anywhere on the planet in just 15 minutes.
HEU Fortress "Junkyard"
Looks like nothing at first, eh? The debris have covered this fortress up. If you don't check your scanners, you're likely to be shot down before you know what's going on! Although there are few men in this base, the firepower exceeds that of any base ever constructed. Not a good idea to attempt an assault with boarding parties, they'll all be dead before they touch down!
HEU Fortress "Reaction"
Just another giant reactor-base...or is it? This is the only reactor that can power GENESIS, the HE superweapon (Currently in HEU use) and with that one massive use, this fortress has been fortified with over 900 Anti-Orbital Pulse Turrets. The only other Fortress with over 900 AOPTs would be HEUF-Utopia, at 1200 AOPTs, and that's planet-wide, not single-locationed!

Since the Abandoned Base was ignored...they're making the move.
Unknown forces have destroyed 3 planets. Their units are nowhere near simular to any faction's units. They can crush armies with little casualties to themselves.
HEU 1st Class Specialists vs Unknown forces & creatures (Volco IV)
HEF Soldiers vs Unknown creatures (Station 52)

Simon Elwin has declared the final day of The Rupture. On December 5 (Real Life) will be the day the Helix Empire will be reunited as a whole. The HEF does not have enough men and supply for counterattacks.
HEU- 99% HEF-1%
