Intersecting Paths at Midway (ongoing)

March 4th, 2295
In the system dubbed Midway by high command, the ships of Battlewing Quake arrive at their destination. In the middle was a single small civilian Starliner, which was serving as the diplomatic ship. It was flanked by 2 Vuneraiths, 4 Noble Hurricane Cruisers, 4 Noble Cruisers, and 18 Breki Class Destroyers. (Using Avilun Kingdom ships for now until Imperial Navy Ships are finialized). These ships arrived into a system with a large Blue star at the center, with 6 planets orbiting it and a thin asteroid belt existing inbetween the 4th and 5th worlds. The 4 closest worlds were all outside any goldilocks zone, with the closest world looking much like Mercury and the three other rocky worlds looking like venus. the furthest two worlds were large Gas Giants with multiple moons orbiting each of them. Though not an ideal system, the fleet made its way to a partially completed station. The construction was started by the Pathfinder probe left here when the program came through this system, but not enough time was given for it to complete the station. Still, it could support life in its enclosed environment so as long as one of the cruisers linked up and supplied it power.

The Commander of Battlewing Quake was Tena. She was an Avilun with white feathers and purple swirls across her feathers. She replies with a message stating, "This is only an escort wing for the diplomat. We did not bring out entire navy, nor an entire fleet. There are dangers currently with coming out this far unescorted, so please forgive the amount of ships present."

Tena replies with "of course, send your diplomat and whatever personnel they need to docking bay 1."

The Docking Bay opened on the Ship connected to the station and supplying it power. Once inside, the doors would close and the area was pressurized once more. There's not much in the hanger, obviously most things cleared out so their ship could land as well as ensuring nothing dangerous was left out for them to potentially play with. 2 IK-V Combat unis as well as 2 Knights in PDS armor came out escorting a black Avilun with gold tipped feathers. He waits there for the diplomat on the dropship to come out.

Not too far from your position, a wormhole opens and a ship of unknown origin comes out. It is relatively small for an average ship, but its peculiar size, shape and speed suggests that it is a warship of some sort, possibly a Destroyer. The architecture of the ship matches no known records, showing you that it is likely a ship of an undiscovered Star Nation. It doesn't move for awhile, probably a little surprised that it jumped into a very large fleet. The ship doesnt move but instead sends out a request for communications to what it can assume is the flagship.

Alerts go out through the ships as Tena's Vuneraith plots an intercept course for the new ship that appeared. All the while the diplomat waited for the other diplomat. He Was unaware of the current situation, but would be made aware soon.

The ship remains stationary as it watches you approach. There are no kind of energy signatures to suggest its preparing for some kind of attack, but its protective shielding was up.

The diplomat says, "I am Austerik, a pleasure to meet you Archon Alturi. If you would please, follow me. The conference room should be ready by now for us to conduct diplomacy in."

Austerik says, "no no, there's no need for violence here. Commander Tena has informed me of this craft as well and is on an intercept course as we speak. Let her find out it's intent first and whether or not they mean us harm". He leads Alturi to midsized room with a table big enough to fit 12 people. At the center was a holographic projector with currently the world they're in orbit being displayed.

The ship continues to drift above the fleet and sends out another request for open communications. Again, no kinds of energy signatures can be seen to suggest it is preparing to fire weapons.

Austerik says, "It is in case more than 1 individual from any of our races want to meet here as well as now we might have a third party. And I will be frank, the empire does not care about your strength. We are not here for war, only to establish diplomatic relations with your people. If you're looking for a fight, you best go elsewhere."

Tena opens a comms channel and says, "This is Knight Commander Tena. Unknown ship, identify yourself now."

A synthetic voice is heard in response, "We are from the Coalition of Capitals. Are we intruding on something?"

The voice replies, "We heard rumors from our brethren about their discoveries of newly undiscovered alien races. I am Shipmaster Noor'Hora'Ropalee. What exactly would we be joining in?"

It arrives at the mostly still in construction station where the diplomatic talks are being held. They are ushered into a different hanger and are greeted by a guard of Imperial knights waiting to escort the diplomat(s) to the conference room.

-There are 4 diplomats, the Shipmaster, Noor, and her Vice XO, plus two guards. All of these have their power armor suits on, but the camoflage is replaced with decorative colors. With their cape/cloak garmets and their oddly colored swords (the metal on them glows and shifts in shades, the color depending on the heat used to temper the blade) they looked like futuristic medieval knights. They could very well easily be the tallest in the room, averaging 8-9 feet.-
