Shieldkeepers

Hailing after Kassus, the Holy Protector of Erutios, the Shieldkeepers are the largest religion on the planet with its own military arm. Devoted to aiding the world in a multitude of ways, Shieldkeeper Sect members are known to participate in large-scale humanitarian aid projects and provide peacekeeping forces behind open conflicts between supernations, helping restore law and order to areas devastated by war.

While the Shieldkeepers operate in just about every single major city on Erutios, it should be noted that most of their best peacekeepers are trained in the Boneyard.

Order of Astra

Dedicated to Astra, the Lady of Mana, the Order of Astra are the main policing force in the world of spells and mana, the Order of Astra has been on the wane in terms of influence after the decline in the use of the mystic arts. Despite that, the Order of Astra still boasts significant influence throughout the world, whilst maintaining a large semi-secret policing force across the globe and maintaining a colossal network of contacts and informants.

While primarily hunting after those who study and practice the forbidden arts such as necromancy and blood ritual magics, they also hunt those who overstep their boundaries with spellcraft and bring them to local justice.

The Order of Astra runs the most prestigious center for learning spells, the Academy of Spellcraft, in Jirmushi. This locale also acts as their head of operations.

Silent Sect

A mysterious and shady organization, the Silent Sect nevertheless is out for the betterment of the world, regardless of who actually realizes that fact. Following after Scion, the angel of Death, the Silent Sect mostly operate alongside the Shieldkeepers, to the point where the Shieldkeepers lend the Silent Sect many of its facilities to operate from.

The main base of operations for the Silent Sect is within the Boneyard. Of note is that this is also where the Silent Keepers are situated, men and women of the Silent Sect who dedicate themselves to keeping records, logs, and chronologies of the world events of Erutios for both historical purposes and planning purposes.
