I'm going to begin recording what happens in rps i do again. (just a note to everyone)

Some of the rules the rp has-
Only FTL is Rift Technology
Shields cannot be use in conjunction with weapons. Shields must be lowered in order to charge up weapons to fire. Shields also must be charged up before a shield can be formed around a ship
Personal shields are ok but user will require their own air supply and the shield will most likely be very weak and dangerous.
Armor can be good but no armor is invincible
No Denizens or Cores
Be Realistic with your ships and what they are armed with including ammo (note, bigger ships can carry more and more ammo+supplies. REMEMBER THAT)
No mechas with Infinite supply of boosting
Be nice to each other.
In space battles, remember ships have systems that can be hit
Ships can also be boarded
No restrictions i can think of for ground battles.

Interstellar Network News (ISN) Report--
Three weeks ago, an alien race known as the Shraadus has begun open war with the Centauri Alliance without any formal deceleration of war. They have merely decided to attack human colonies on the Rim. All colonies along the Rim have been evacuated behind the Multiplanetary Defensive line which has been rapidly formed in response to the Shraadus Invasion. Experts say these invaders shall be halted at what is becoming called The Line. At the Line, the planetary system of Proxima and Proxima Prime have been turned into a bastion in which our forces shall assemble in order to begin to retake our outer colonies back. Today, as well, the Combined Forces Bill has passed, and conscription has been put into effect on all worlds.

Update- The first planet in the Line has been attacked. Even though Alliance forces were forces to retreat, the enemy forces suffered heavy losses. We will keep you updated on the war 24/7. ISN in Geneva, signing out.

Enemy Forces are after any data on our archives or data within the archives itself. All bases and ships with this data have been given a kill switch virus that when activated will wipe all databanks clean of the data they search for. We cannot let this information fall into their hands. Regarding the data we have received from the expedition team on the final archive, we are beginning to understand that there is something out there that they want. We do not know what it is, but the data we have is what they want. The answers are there, we must only find them. It is also strange that the archive mentions something about a Nexus of some sort and some sort of Gate System. We will have to investigate this matter further.
